Good article in Runner's World about nutrition for runners. Why is Runner's World on the web so much better than Runner's World in print?

Of course I titter whenever I hear the word bonking.

Thanks for letting me know about this article Evan, I enjoyed it. Along with the possibility that additional protein might help the brain function better while monitoring all of the body's systems in a race, I wonder if "mental conditioning" would also help. I'm buying the book "Running Within" that seems to deal with this a bit. It should be interesting at the very least.
